Admin Assistant - Part Time
We are currently seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team. 2-3 days per week, between 9am to 2.00pm, Monday to Friday - Flexible.
Key Responsibilities:
Job card Coordination
Organise and maintain paper files and electronic records
Provide general day-to-day administrative support to the office team
Using Microsoft Excel
Customer Service / Admin Support Office / Customer Phone queries
Reading information and quality checking
Working within a team
Manual handling of files
Xero Experience an Advantage
What you’ll bring to the role:
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Great communicator
Experience in using office systems such as Xero and MS Office (specifically excel)
Experience with electronic timesheeting, payroll and job management systems would be beneficial, although not essential
Clean full driver's license
